Olivia with a maximum WELL score for an encore!

Olivia Centre has maintained the world’s first maximum score in the international WELL certification. For the second time, it has been recognized as a completely safe, friendly and responsible place to work, receiving confirmation from the International Well Building Institute (IWBI) in New York. A year after the first certification, it maintained a maximum score of 25 points out of a possible 25 in all categories analyzed. The safety of building users was checked, as well as solutions improving the quality of life in the business centre. It received this rating in 22 basic categories and in 3 additional categories related to the innovations implemented in its area.

 

A year ago, Olivia achieved such a high result as the first business centre in the world, which confirms that Gdańsk’s buildings are among the world’s top business leaders. Olivia has confirmed its class for the second time – says Marcin Gawroński , Director of the Green Building Department at SWECO, the company responsible for carrying out the recertification in Olivia. – Safety, employee well-being, and high indoor water and air quality are the hallmarks of WELL Health-Safety Rating facilities. Last year, Olivia Centre achieved the maximum score in all analysed categories and this year it repeated this achievement. This is a huge success and a confirmation of the safety conditions and responsible approach to the management of the Olivia building complex – adds Marcin Gawroński.

 

The WELL Health-Safety Rating is a data-driven, third-party verified assessment for buildings, focusing on the analysis of operating policies, use and maintenance standards, stakeholder engagement and contingency plans to ensure maximum safety and comfort for their occupants. The certification is based on insights from nearly 600 government officials, scientists, business leaders, virologists, architects, designers, construction scientists, and real estate professionals, as well as the WELL building standard – the world’s leading platform for the development of healthy buildings and spaces. Many famous people from around the world have been involved in the extensive campaign for safety certification and restoring trust in public spaces, including Jennifer Lopez, Lady GaGa, Venus Williams, Robert DeNiro, Michael Jordan and many more.

Proving actions through external validation confirms the commitment and concern for people’s well-being in every aspect. The assessment shows that Olivia Centre prioritises health and wellbeing, instilling confidence in frequent visitors and the wider community around it – wrote in a congratulatory letter Rachel Gordon, CEO of the International Well Building Institute in New York.

 

In addition to the well-being of building occupants, WELL certification includes a precise assessment of extensive infrastructure that improves safety and quality of life and work. A number of solutions have been noticed in Olivia Centre, which position it as a leader in the implementation of technologies that protect the health and life of employees in an imperceptible way. Olivia was one of the first office centers in the world to implement ion air purification technology in its buildings, previously used in the world’s most prestigious facilities, including the White House, the Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi, as well as in Gulfstream’s private jets. The installed devices saturate all rental areas with ions that have the ability to destroy viruses, bacteria and other pathogens in the ventilated air. The air purification process takes place continuously while people are in the room, so the fight against the pathogen begins from the moment it appears in the room.

 

In addition, the air filtration level has been increased from G4 to F7 in air handling units, which is one of the highest filtration levels currently available. Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and particulate matter (PM) sensors were installed. Thanks to this, it is possible to monitor air purity and, as a result, eliminate harmful compounds from the fresh air drawn in from the outside and forced inside the buildings. Systems for controlling the intensity of air exchange based on the knowledge of current CO2 measurement results have also been installed, which contributes to a significant increase in the comfort of staying in the workplace.

 

The certification also includes initiatives implemented in the field of employee well-being. Projects organized on Olivia’s patio, sports sections, exhibitions of paintings, photographs and sculptures, as well as a publicly accessible, year-round exotic garden, in which there are nearly 4 thousand plants reaching up to 11 meters in height, were noticed. All these events and amenities can be used by Olivia’s residents and guests in a safe way, thanks to the solutions used. The sum of the solutions adopted resulted in such a high rating of the IWBI.

7 years of O4 Coworking… in numbers!

Our O4 Coworking is celebrating its 7th anniversary! So let’s give the floor to the representatives of O4, who decided to tell us about themselves… Numbers. And there’s a lot to be proud of!

 

THEREFORE… O4 COWORKING ABOUT ITSELF!

 

There are currently 167 of us, even though we are 1 coworking space and we are only 7 years old! How is that possible? The answer can be found in the O4ian satisfaction surveys, which we have been systematically conducting for years, and this is confirmed by the fact that although the pandemic caused a temporary regression in office leasing, in subsequent quarters of 2020 we observed a systematic rebound. On the occasion of the 7. On the occasion of the birthday of O4 Coworking, we had to sum up. Since the end of winter this year, we have been able to celebrate everyday life together at work again, and in July we rented the last, 65th year. office. We’re still growing

During the first half of 2022, 37 companies joined O4 and thus we are approaching a situation in which the O4 Coworking team will be left without an office. However, this is good news for us, the companies that are with us are gradually growing and it also happens that they migrate between spaces – from smaller to larger ones. Since February 2015, almost 500 companies of all sizes have passed through our coworking space. Currently, the O4ian community consists of about 1400 people who meet in an area of about 4000 m2. In the second quarter of 2022, we broke our sales record.

 

 

 

We like to learn

Those who are with us know that O4 Coworking is not only about offices and desks, but also about shared time, integration, networking and workshops – that is Warsztatownia.

 

Since 2018, two years before the creation of O4 Flow – a coworking space for women, 79 per cent of women have been working in the EU. The participants of our workshops were women. Among the most popular topics, chosen by about two-thirds of people, were: project management, personal branding, self-presentation and negotiations. Others willingly participated in trainings in the areas of creativity, communication and e-commerce.

 

The temporary switch to webinars during the pandemic increased the reach of the Workshop. 2020 was a record-breaking year in terms of the number of participants. We still prefer to learn in autumn. Our research shows that it is at this time of the year that the Workshop is most popular.

 

In general, live workshops win over online ones. They are chosen by 59 per cent. Participants. With the passing of the pandemic, there is also less and less interest in webinars – from a few hundred people to 20 during a webinar.

 

We are stationary and … Virtually

It’s been two years since we launched our virtual office service. This year, since August, we have expanded its scope and customers have more options, such as flexible access to desks, conference rooms on preferential terms, as well as the attractions of Olivia Centre – Olivia Garden or the observation deck.

 

After the change of packages, about 70 per cent. of customers have opted for the GOLD option, which, in addition to the registered address and correspondence handling, also provides access to the space and access to the attractions of Olivia Centre.

 

Dynamic changes and crises cause various bumps, but so far the upcoming recession has turned out to be the time of the greatest growth for us.

Olivia Garden awarded the prestigious 2022 European Property Awards!

Our phenomenal Olivia Garden, the only exotic garden in Poland located in the heart of the business center, has been awarded the prestigious 2022 European Property Awards, in the “Landscape Architecture” category. The winners were: Malinowski Design Urban & Landscape, which he is the author of the project and Olivia Centre – the investor and operator of the garden.

 

The competition, which dates back to 1993, brings together the best projects from all over Europe. Every year, several thousand investors from all over the world submit their applications, and the winning projects are selected by a jury consisting of real estate market experts, architects, journalists and investment advisors. The projects compete in four categories: investment, architecture, interior design and the real estate market, where the achievements of industry leaders are awarded.

 

Olivia Garden is a carefully designed space with an area of nearly 800 m2, filled with thousands of tropical plants, representing over 150 different species of plants from such exotic countries as Indonesia, Australia, New Guinea, Madagascar, Malaysia, Borneo, Costa Rica, Venezuela, and the tropical forests of the Amazon. In addition to numerous plants reaching 2-3 meters in height, more than 30 large trees have been planted in the garden, the largest of which reach up to 11 meters above the ground.

 


Olivia Garden
 is the result of innovative thinking about the nature of the workplace, where the proximity of nature has a positive effect on well-being and work efficiency. The project was created in response to the needs of the residents of the business centre and for the residents of the Tri-City, for whom it is another attraction and a proposal to spend their free time.

 

Olivia Garden has been divided into 4 zones to offer space for various activities. In the shade of the Bucida Bucerasblack olive nestled in the vast mezzanine, there is a TiKi-style bar, serving fresh cocktails and light oriental cuisine. The garden is perfect as a space for social and business meetings, independent work and rest, as well as for lectures, workshops or concerts, as it has an amphitheatre, tables hidden among dense vegetation and comfortable relaxation areas.

 

“I am very pleased that the work we have done together is so highly appreciated, this time by the jury of the European Property Awards ,” says Dariusz Malinowski from Malinowski Design Urban & Landscape. – It also shows that such solutions are expected by users. Guests who have already visited our garden know that it is an extraordinary “jungle” in which a person feels full comfort and plants develop luxuriantly. It is a truly living organism in which we have provided the plants with ideal growing conditions. This is evidenced literally and figuratively by the fruits of our labor, as we more and more often harvest papaya, pomegranate or cocoa fruits growing on trees in the garden. And they are not at all there just for decoration, because once they are ripe, they end up in the kitchen or Tiki bar, where exotic cocktails are prepared to make them. I would like to thank everyone who took part in the project for their passion for work and determination.

 

The aim of Olivia Garden is to provide a new quality of spending time, work and relaxation in direct connection with nature, regardless of the season and weather conditions. The glazed body has a characteristically sloping roof, referring to the architecture of the top of the Olivia Star building, at the base of which it is located, and the historic body of the Olivia Hall, with which Olivia is adjacent. The Malinowski Design Urban & Landscape studio is responsible for the interior design design, and the Design Anatomy studio was responsible for the implementation. Work on the final concept lasted many months and involved not only architects and botanists, but also an interdisciplinary team of specialists, consulting solutions with the residents of Olivia Centre.

 

– After months of operation, Olivia Garden has already become a mature project, and the plants have already undergone full acclimatization, so they are growing lushly, creating a unique impression on all guests, who can try sweet and juicy papayas – says Bogusław Wieczorek, Olivia Centre’s representative. It is very important that this space is appreciated by our residents, who use it on a daily basis as a place offering respite, relaxation, but also a space that allows for concentration and stimulates creativity. It is an absolutely unique project, which is also appreciated by numerous Tri-City residents and tourists. This is particularly important to us, because we want everyone to feel at home in Olivia. That’s why we’ve been developing features that appeal to a wide audience for years and that attract guests all day, 7 days a week. On September 24, the V Charity Run NORTHERN HELPS will take place. It’s a respite run and you can take part in it! On your own feet – running or walking – on a bike, rollerblades or scooter… Do it the way you want and help build the Respite Care Centre for family caregivers, which is being built in Gdańsk on the initiative of the Hospice Foundation.

 

We run, we walk, we ride together!

This is the fifth time that the Santander Foundation has organised a run for the Gdańsk Hospice Foundation. The four previous editions were attended by 4623 people. 227k was raised. £. This year, we invite you to participate in two formulas: stationary and virtual.

  • Stationary , i.e. you can run with the employees of both Foundations, covering a distance of 7.4 km, from Work Cafe Santander in Olivia Centre to Plac Zebrań Ludowych.
  • Virtually, which means you can run in any part of the world where you happen to be.

 

What is the purpose of the run? Lofty!

Support for the construction of the Respite Care Centre, which is being built in Gdańsk on the initiative of the Hospice Foundation. The Respite Care Center is a place that will provide care for sick children and adults, and give their families a moment of rest. People who take care of sick relatives at home tend to be tired, burnt out, and overloaded with responsibilities. Just like all of us, they need at least a short vacation, a moment of respite, during which they can rest, take care of their needs and simply recharge their batteries. The Respite Care Center wants to admit its first residents as early as 2023. Learn more.

The 5th Charity Northern Run Helps will take place on September 24, 2022 (Saturday). Depending on the chosen formula, participants should complete the planned route in the following hours:

The participant starts anywhere in the world, between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. (CEST), in compliance with the applicable regulations (including the provisions of the Road Traffic Law, the Civil Code and the site regulations) and the necessary safety measures in force in the country in which he or she is currently staying during the race.

What’s new in My Olivia? Parking lots and Olivka Points!

You’ve been waiting for them. And here they are! We present – briefly and concisely – the new features in the My Olivia application.

The first one is PARKING

 

From March, with the My Olivia app on your phone, you can:

  • pay for the ticket from the above-ground car park (option for everyone),
  • purchase a parking subscription (an option for Employees of Companies from Olivia, holders of the My Olivia application, with a confirmed Resident status).

 

The subscription functionality allows you to buy entry to the underground car park of the building where you work for 1 day (30 PLN), 2 days (50 PLN) and 30 days (375 PLN). The offer also includes an above-ground car park of the Familia Shopping Centre – here the subscription covers 30 days (PLN 290).

 

Everything is simple, fast and without sneaking (in the sun or rain) to the parking ticket offices. Payment takes a few moments. You can also immediately determine whether you need an invoice for the service.

How do I purchase a subscription?

 

  1. Download the My Olivia app from the App Store or Google Play if you don’t already have it.
  2. Register in the app using your business address. (This address allows you to confirm your Resident status, i.e. that you are an Employee of one of Olivia’s Companies. Resident status will allow you to use many of our services: free of charge or at a promotional price. IMPORTANT! Confirm your email address in your mailbox).
  3. In the app, click on the PARKING icon.
  4. Then click on the SUBSCRIBE SUBSCRIBE icon.
  5. Enter the registration number of the vehicle.
  6. Choose the building where you work – it’s an office building that you have access to with your card.
  7. Proceed to choose your subscription.
  8. Select the time range of the service (1 day, 2 days, 30 days)
  9. Pay for parking (by card, BLIK or PayU).

My heart goes out to Ukraine. We help together!

We wanted to thank you for your big hearts! In a few days, Olivia’s Amazing Community collected the entire amount of moneyto furnish a room for mothers with small children who arrive in Gdańsk from war-torn Ukraine. In this way, we help the Regional Volunteer Centre in Gdańsk together. And we wanted to show that this room for mothers with babies is already being decorated, filled, furnished – thanks to you! It’s already happening!

On the evening of 9 March, at ul. Lower Gate 8 in Gdansk, where the main information and coordination point for refugees is located, the first transport of items purchased with the amount collected on our fundraiser arrived.

These are cribs, bathtubs, changing tables, toys, breast pumps, bottles, warmers, blankets, diapers. There were teethers, rattles and soothing, humming teddy bears, which were donated by Mrs. Ewa and Mr. Piotr from Elbląg. The second transport with larger furniture will arrive at the Lower Gate soon. We will keep you informed.

Thank you for your help, donations, promotion of the fundraiser, open hearts and helping hands.

This is not the end of our joint action for refugees from war-torn Ukraine.

On Thursday, March 10th, we transported to the warehouse of the Polish Red Cross in Gdańsk Wrzeszcz nearly a ton of gifts donated by the employees of Olivia companies, by you, people with big hearts. Our resident, Omida, helped us with transport, for which we thank you very much!

Together, we donated long-term food, cosmetics and household chemicals, sweets, paper towels, water, diapers, blankets, sleeping bags, power banks, sleeping mats, bed linen… It is impossible to list everything here. A big bow to you!

And a big thank you to all our Donors and Volunteers, packing, segregating, sealing, carrying. It’s hard work after work. Hugs!

ZR Trade, Omida and the social project of Energia employees awarded in the Olivia Prize for 2021

Olivia Prize 2021 is behind us. Awards were presented in the Pro Bono, Business and Eco categories. The Olivia Centre community has also decided to donate a special award, Olivia Impact, to the Regional Volunteer Centre in Gdańsk to support war refugees from Ukraine.

 

The Olivia Prize 2021 in the Pro Bono category went to Energa for the implementation of the project Pier(w)si win! It was awarded for the grassroots initiative of the company’s employees, Natalia Cebula, Magdalena Pakmur and Ewa Opiela. The ladies carried out the project in cooperation with the Pink Butterfly Association and the Breast Disease Centre, operating at the University Clinical Centre. It was also supported by the ORLEN Foundation, Olivia Centre and Radio Gdańsk. The aim of the Pier(w)si wins campaign was to change the perception of breast cancer. Prevention was promoted and educated. A mobile vehicle was also installed in Olivia Centre. Women aged 50 to 69 could take part in the free tests.

 

Breast cancer is a disease like any other. If detected quickly, it gives a great chance of a complete cure. How to examine the breasts and where to turn for help was discussed, for example,  during the meeting with Elżbieta Senkus-Konefka , PhD– an authority of Polish oncology. The event was combined with professional medical advice, instruction on how to braffiter, but also with sewing pillows, which are of great importance in the postoperative recovery process.  More…

 

The Olivia Prize 2021 in the Business category went to Omida for entering the new intermodal transport market. 

 

New legal norms aimed at unifying the regulations concerning carriers in the European Union make Polish logistics and transport companies much less competitive for their customers. It is estimated that in the near future Poland will lose half of its transport market, thus its share will fall from 50 to 25%. An alternative to the development and maintenance of the market position is intermodal transport. Omida was one of the first companies in Poland to put a strategic emphasis on the development of this form of transport, wanting to slowly replace everything it does in international traffic with road and rail transport. The Omidy project has an ecological dimension. One train is able to carry more than 40 trailers at a time, which brings measurable benefits in the form of reduced traffic on the roads, reduces CO2 emissions and noise, as well as increases the safety of other passengers on the roads. As part of its group of companies, Omida organizes 1500 domestic and international loadings a day, so the planned change will have a significant impact on the environment.

 

It is very important to us that the innovations we introduce are noticed and appreciated,” emphasizes Bartłomiej Glinka, President of the Management Board of Omida S.A. Changing regulations have presented the entire industry with difficult challenges, and the award-winning project is our response to this situation. It is with great satisfaction that I would like to emphasize that the solutions we are introducing are at the same time ecological, beneficial to society, and if the whole project is successful, it will also allow the Polish transport industry to maintain its position in Europe.

Olivia Prize 2021 in the Eco category for ZR Trade for the implementation of the #ZeroWasteWorking project

Zero waste initiatives are becoming more and more popular, despite the fact that they require their participants to get involved and change their habits. ZR Trade decided to bring this idea to a new level by integrating and motivating its employees for the sake of ecology. The project #ZeroWasteWorking started innocently, with a complete abandonment of drinks in plastic bottles and a switch to the use of filtered tap water. Over time, it began to take on wider and wider dimensions. In addition to sorting all the trash in the office, using only recycled paper, and a promotional campaign on LinkedIn, employees have implemented an initiative to share surplus food with a short shelf life, borrow equipment they rarely use, and exchange items they no longer need. Only reusable office supplies, such as pens and proofreaders with refillable refills, are used throughout the company. What’s more, employees also most often repair office equipment and small items themselves, which is not only ecological, but also integrative.

Something that needs to be fixed, for us is a chance to break away from mental work and integrate the team – says Tomasz from ZR Trade. – Instead of throwing it away and replacing it with a new one, we make a joint attempt to repair it and only if it fails, we order new ones. Of course, these are minor DIY repairs, not professional repairs to electronic equipment; In this case, we still use the services of experts.

In addition, we have given up 100% of plastic advertising gadgets. What makes us happy is the fact that each subsequent element of this action drives the next ones. Once or twice a year if necessary, we organize a collection of old blankets, etc. for an animal shelter, and if we replace the equipment with a newer one, we give the old one to those in need. For the purpose of the campaign, we have created a company chat, where employees report a problem, and people willing to help sign in with their skills – Karolina adds.

The purpose of the Olivia Prize awards is to distinguish valuable initiatives undertaken by the residents of Olivia Centre in a given calendar year – says Bogusław Wieczorek from Olivia Centre. “The number of initiatives that come to us in the form of applications fills us with great satisfaction. We are glad that these are not only purely business projects, but also social and ecological initiatives. The Olivia Prize allows us to see valuable projects of companies with offices in Olivia Centre and additionally promote those that the jury considers to be the most noteworthy.

This year’s edition could not be complete without a reference to the current situation in Ukraine. The special prize of the jury, Olivia Impact , was awarded to the Regional Volunteer Centre in Gdańsk. Its equivalent, i.e. ten thousand zlotys will be donated to war refugees from Ukraine. The Regional Volunteer Centre is an organisation that coordinates the care of refugees coming to Gdańsk. Their activities include the organization of a helpline for refugees, the processing of formalities, activities in the field of medical rescue, and psychological support. RCW helps you find a job, school or kindergarten for your children. It also cooperates with the units of the Territorial Defense Forces, which coordinate accommodation. The centre’s volunteers also work at the railway station in Gdansk, coordinating activities for all those arriving by rail from the border to Gdansk.

In addition to the cash prizes, the winners received Olivia Prize statuettes, prepared by prof. Tomasz Sobisz, Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Sculpture and Intermedia at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk.

We are collecting money for layettes for babies who go with their mothers to the Gdańsk Helps Ukraine centre!

 

We are not slowing down! We have collected over PLN 11,000 to equip care rooms for mothers and babies who, after fleeing war-torn Ukraine, are sent to the Gdańsk Helps Ukraine coordination point. With the funds donated by the Olivia Centre Community, we bought soft blankets, cones to wrap babies, bottles, pacifiers, breast pumps and many, many other urgently needed things. 

 

Together, we decided that we wanted to continue helping, because the time spent in the childcare room at the coordination point is just the beginning.

 

Volunteers of the Gdańsk Helps Ukraine Centre signalled to us the need to prepare packages with the most necessary care and hygiene products that mothers could take with them, regardless of where they find shelter.

 

One package includes, m.in: a large pack of diapers, wet wipes, breast pads, a pack of cloth diapers, a pacifier, a bottle, cream for the baby and for the mother, a blanket and a baby toy. It’s not much, but it’s also a lot. The cost of one package is PLN 350.

 

  • The PLN 50 you pay is a pack of diapers or 10 cloth diapers.
  • PLN 30 is a specialist care cream or a baby toy. 
  • For PLN 20 we can buy a pack of breast pads or a two-pack of care wipes.

 

We will be able to complete and deliver packages for babies on an ongoing basis, even before the full amount is collected, but our goal is to collect the amount for 20 full sets. It’s an easier start for 20 moms and their babies.

 

And together we can do even more!

 

PS. There are 12,000 of us working at Olivia Centre on a daily basis. We differ from each other in terms of age, positions and companies. We come from different districts, cities and even countries. But our community is united by passions and initiatives that change the world for the better. This time, we want Ukrainian mothers and their children to feel cared for when they come to our city. Thanks to the fundraiser, we can more easily raise funds for packages that will help mothers and toddlers in the new, difficult reality.

“Heart with Ukraine” – we invite you to a unique charity concert

“With a Heart with Ukraine” is a unique charity concert with which we want to express our solidarity with the fighting Ukraine. On 28 March, on the 34th floor of Olivia Star in Gdańsk, Polish and Ukrainian artists will perform, performing solo and choral works. The repertoire will include both contemporary compositions and those that have become a permanent part of the history of Polish and Ukrainian music.

All proceeds from the event will be used to support the Regional Volunteer Centre in Gdańsk, which coordinates the activities of the Gdańsk Helps Ukraine centre. The funds from the sale of invitations will allow for the purchase of layettes for babies who go with their caregivers to the reception point at hive. Karmelicka 1 in Gdansk.

 

Who will perform?

On the stage located 150 meters above the ground, the Baltic Opera Choir (cond. Agnieszka Długołęcka), the Cantores Veiherovienses Choir (cond. Tomasz Chyła), the Art’n’Voices Vocal Ensemble and Les Femmes – an independent classical music ensemble will perform. Soloists have also confirmed their participation: Sviatoslav Kondrativ, Artem Storozhuk, Victor Korunnyy, Zoya Rozhok, Liana Krasyun-Korunna, Marta Jundziłł, Karolina Borowczyk, Jakub Borowczyk, Magdalena Burkiewicz, Martyna Chomuszko and Maciej Baczyński. The concert will close with a performance by the Olivia Centre Choir conducted by Wiktoria Batarowska.

Artists (according to the programme of performances)

Baltic Opera Choir – established in 1950. He performs music of various styles and epochs – from Purcell to Stravinsky and Britten. Regardless of the changing number of members, the band was acclaimed by national and international critics, who always emphasized the power of the band’s sound, even with a reduced line-up. In recent years, the OB Choir has received praise for its participation in productions such as Beethoven’s Fidelio , Wagner’s Tannhauser , Bellini’s Norma and Faust.

The Cantores Veiherovienses Choir was inaugurated on 6 January 1985. in Wejherowo. The originator and founder of the choir was Marek Rocławski, a graduate of the Academy of Music in Gdańsk, and today its lecturer and professor. The ensemble is a member of the Gdańsk Branch of the Polish Association of Choirs and Orchestras, and has collaborated with many cultural institutions of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, m.in. with the Baltic Opera in Gdańsk, the Polish Chamber Philharmonic Sopot, and the Polish Baltic Philharmonic. The ensemble’s repertoire spans different eras: from the Middle Ages to the present day; religious and secular music, artistic arrangements of folk songs and Negro spirituals.

Art’n’Voices is a vocal octet active since 2010. It consists of musicians who have been associated with the choral scene of the Tri-City and Wejherowo for many years, as well as with the Academy of Music in Gdańsk. The ensemble specializes in performing a cappella music for eight voices.

Les Femmes is an independent classical music ensemble founded in 2011. in the Tri-City. Finalist of the International Cadenza Contest, Italy 2021, in the Ensembles category. The main stream of the ensemble consists of original opera collages dating back to the pasticcio tradition of the 17th and 18th centuries. To date, the ensemble has performed over 400 concerts and performances on Polish and foreign music stages.

Sviatoslav Kondrativ – a well-known violinist and composer in Ukraine. A graduate of the Academy of Music in Lviv. He has been called the most romantic violinist in Ukraine. On March 5, he was forced to leave his Ukrainian home to save his life.

Artem Storozhuk – a graduate of the Zhytomyr Academy of Music. Pyotr Tchaikovsky in Kiev. Since 2018, he has been a soloist of the Baltic Opera Choir.

Viktor Korunnyy – a graduate of the Lviv Academy of Music in the French horn class, a former soloist of the Lviv Philharmonic and the Jelenia Góra Philharmonic. Currently, he is a first voice musician at the Baltic Opera.

Zoya Rozhok – soprano, soloist of the Ukrainian National Opera, associate professor of solo singing at the National Academy of Music of Ukraine Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. Laureate of international competitions, participant of numerous international festivals. She has given concerts in opera houses and concert halls m.in. Ukraine, Belarus, Polish, Germany, Russia, Slovakia, Serbia, France, Spain, Malta and the USA.

Liana Krasyun-Korunna is a Ukrainian pianist who has been active in Poland since 2004. She graduated with honours from the Lviv Academy of Music in the piano class of prof. Oksana Rapita, completed her studies at the Academy of Music in Wrocław under the supervision of Prof. Olga Rusina. Currently, he is a soloist tutor at the Baltic Opera in Gdańsk and a lecturer at the Academy of Music in Gdańsk as a tutor at the Faculty of Vocal and Acting. He collaborates with the Polish Chamber Philharmonic Sopot and the Polish Chamber Choir.

Marta Jundziłł – mezzo-soprano. A graduate of the Academy of Music. Stanisław Moniuszko University in Gdańsk, at the Faculty of Vocal and Acting, specialization in Solo Singing and Artistic Education in the Field of Musical Art, specialization in Culture Animation with Elements of Art Therapy. She has received several scholarships from the Rector of the Academy of Music for her artistic achievements. On a daily basis, she is associated with the choir ensemble of the Baltic Opera in Gdańsk, as a choir artist – alto.

Karolina Borowczyk – mezzo-soprano. A graduate of the Academy of Music. Stanisław Moniuszko in Gdansk. Since the beginning of 2018 collaborates with the Cappella Gedanensis ensemble. He gives concerts in Poland and abroad. She is a performer of many contemporary works written by Gdańsk composers: Anna Rocławska, Wojciech Frycz, Piotr Jędrzejczyk and Joanna Złotkowska. She received a scholarship from the Ministry of Culture, National Heritage and Sport. She is working on her own project entitled: “Mickiewicz.” (2021)

Jakub Borowczyk – opera singer, countertenor. For many years he was associated with the Poznań Philharmonic Choir “Poznań Nightingales” under the baton of Stefan Stuligrosz. Scholarship holder of the Marshal of the Wielkopolska Voivodeship in the field of culture. He collaborates with the Baltic Opera in Gdańsk, the Polish Royal Opera, and the Opera at the Castle in Szczecin. He successfully performs music of various eras. From the Renaissance to contemporary music m.in. Lera Auerbach, Krzesimir Dębski and Paweł Szymański.

Martyna Chomuszko and Magdalena Burkiewicz – graduates of the Academy of Music in Gdańsk. They were brought together by their joint work at the Non-Public Primary Music School in Sopot, where, apart from teaching, they give concerts together.

Maciej Baczyński – a pianist associated with Gdańsk from an early age. A graduate of master’s studies at the Academy of Music in Gdańsk. Laureate of national and international competitions. She is actively involved in various artistic initiatives, and also runs her own popularizing and educational project entitled “Musicophilia”, via YouTube and social media.

Olivia Centre Choir – was created on the joint initiative of Bayer and Olivia Centre. Currently, it has about 50 people and brings together representatives of a dozen or so Olivia resident companies, such as m. among others. AirHelp, Pomerania Development Agency, Alexander Mann Solutions, Avaus, Bayer, Energa, Lyreco, Nordea, Olivia Centre, O4 Coworking, PwC, Ricoh, Sii, Skills Group, Thinking Zone, Winning Moves and Olivia’s Friends. The choir conducts a wide range of concerts and adds splendour to celebrations organized mainly by Olivia. The repertoire of the Olivia Centre Choir includes mainly popular music, as well as classical music, as well as carols and pastorals from different parts of the world.
