We would like to invite you to a “We Lead!” meeting to be held on 7 March from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Olivia Sky Club (Oliva Tower building, 12th floor). Entrance is free, pre-registration is required.

We Lead, because no organisation exists without a team and a leader. The meeting is dedicated to all those who wish to create and develop responsible and committed teams. The speakers will tell us what’s important on the path to develop efficient organisations of the future, based on trust, where human beings are the superior value.  They will lead us through the meanders of a turquoise organisation theory, show us what isn’t successful within such organisations and why, to leave the participants with a positive message that leader development is the first step towards developing an organisation of the future.

MONIKA ZUBRZYCKA-NOWAK

For many years, I have been accompanying people in developing their self-awareness, developed relations, responsibility for the quality of created life. As a coach and trainer, I have been watching the evolution process of beliefs  – both on individual and team levels.  Turquoise organisations may develop solely in conditions where people who develop them are prepared for it. I am willing to share my knowledge and experience leading to this preparedness.

JAKUB MARCHWICKI
An IT programmer for over ten years, an architect for several years, occasionally an analyst, a consultant – if required, a manager by choice, a trainer out of passion, a wannabe entrepreneur – out of his dreams, a leader of Java User Group in Gdańsk – there is a major chance that I don’t do well any of the above. But I keep trying … and I draw conclusions from my failures. 

MONIKA RYCHCIK-LEYK
A passionate leader, a coach and mentor focused on Team development and their achievements, as the best way to accomplish goals. I want to share my experience with others on how to develop smart and efficient Teams in which communication is above all. My dream is that participating organisations, based on trust, collective intuition and wisdom, where people are the supreme value, replace all soul-less, process-based and bureaucratic structures.  I believe that this is possible!
