Bayer Service Center Gdansk expands office in Olivia Tower

Bayer Service Center Gdansk has increased its leased office floor area at Olivia Business Centre by additional 1000 m2. The current floor area of the Gdansk office of Bayer Service Center in the Olivia Tower building is 3,300 m2. The additional area is connected with a broader scope of activity of the Bayer bookkeeping centre in Gdansk than was initially planned.

The office of Bayer Service Gdansk is situated in the Olivia Tower building, which constitutes a part of the Olivia Business Centre complex. It may be found on the 6th, 7th and 8th floors and has an area of 3,300 m2.

The additional area of more than 1000 square metres on the 6th floor consists of: modernly designed offices, conference halls, social rooms for employees, and – what is unconventional for office buildings – a terrace, which will be located on the aboveground pass linking two neighbouring buildings of the centre.

„I’m very happy that thanks to the flexibility of Olivia Business Centre we managed to create a connected space on three consecutive floors. Such a solution supports integration,” says Remigiusz Wojciechowski, the Director of Bayer Service Center Gdansk.

The office space of Bayer Service Center Gdansk was arranged in such a way so as to support an unconstrained & effective communication and cooperation between employees. The goal was to create a comfortable and functional place for carrying out daily responsibilies and relaxation. In the Gdansk office of the centre, one may find: a relaxation room, a creative conference hall, and a room for parents with children.

„Thanks to the systematic development of Olivia Business Centre, we’re able to provide office spaces of high quality to the Residents whose development entails a necessity of office expansion. The expansion of Bayer to another floor in Olivia Tower was possible because Allianz found adequate space in the neighbouring Olivia Four building ,” says Maciej Kotarski, who is responsible for the commercialisation at Olivia Business Centre.

Bayer has been present on the Polish market since 1991, and the financial and bookkeeping centre Bayer Service Center Gdansk has been in operation in Tricity since 2012. Bayer SCG is part of a global network of shared services’ centres. It currently employs more than 300 people: professionals with an experience in bookkeeping and accounting as well as alumni of institutions of higher education with knowledge of more than 20 languages, including German, Scandinavian and Balkan languages.
