Transport Week Gala

“Baltic Trendsetters Club Certificates” in the hands of two companies from Gdańsk – CRIST and DCT. Among other winners of this prestigious award – presented by “Baltic Transport Journal” editorial board to the companies, which drive the development of the Baltic Sea region by implementing unique and bold projects, which influence logistics and transport sector – there were also Erik Thun AB and KG Jebsen Cement, Ports of Stockholm, Skangas, Scandlines and Yilport Holding İnc.

The award ceremony took place in Olivia Sky Club at the Olivia Business Centre. The guests of OBC were, among others, the representatives of academic societies, ports, transport companies, as well as entrepreneurs from a broadly defined TSL sector in the Baltic Sea region and Europe. The ceremony was a part of Transport Week conference, which was held from 7th to 9th of March at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Gdańsk. Olivia Business Centre was the Business Partner of the event.

Nearly 400 participants from more than 100 companies and institutions localised in 21 countries took part in the conference. They listened to more than 70 speakers who took part in more than 50 speeches and 7 panel discussions. The participants of this 3-day event were impressed by meetings’ content-related value and the beauty of Tricity.

The awards were presented to the representatives of the companies: CRIST – Jacek Milewski, Member of the Management Board; DCT – Cameron Thorpe, CEO; SKANAGAS – Tor Morten Osmundsen, CEO.

The winners who could not be present at the gala: Erik Thun AB and KG Jebsen Cement Ports of Stockholm Scandlines YILPORT Holding Inc.​
