The premises of Olivia Business Centre were used as a meetings place. During infoShare 2015 we hosted many lovers of new technologies as well as many experts. We want to cordially thank all the partners who co-created this event: the infoShare Foundation, Black Pearls VC, Business Link Trójmiasto (Business Link Tricity) and the company Martela. Olivia Business Centre also invited to infoShare the biggest star of the event, Peter Vesterbacka, the creator of the „Angry Birds” game, which has become a global phenomenon.
”What is most important in business is a crazy ambition. You must always believe in you product, even if no one else shares this belief,” Peter Vesterbacka inspired the participants of the conference, multitudinously gathered on the main stage.
„The development of innovative business in Tricity is an important goal for us at Olivia Business Centre We want to develop in Gdansk business ideas on a global scale, that’s why we, inter alia, invited Peter Vesterbacka to infoShare. Vesterbacka shared with the participants of infoShare his experience and knowledge concerning the creation of a global brand,” said Jake Jephcott, the Business Development Director at Olivia Business Centre.
An important element of infoShare — a festival of technology, new media and start-ups — is networking. As in previous years, the main integration event was held at the amber PGE Arena. Moreover, the partcipants of the conference had an opportunity to visit the European Solidarity Centre, take part in a dragon boats race on the Motlawa river and meet during a special evening event held at Olivia Sky Club at Olivia Business Centre, in which Gary Whitehill also participated.
„The success of this year’s edition confirms that infoShare belongs to the best and biggest technological conferences in Europe,” stresses Grzegorz Borowski, a co-founder of the infoShare Foundation, the conference’s organiser. „The high substantive value of the presentations was confirmed by lectures delivered by the creators of such international successes as: Ralf Herbrich (Amazon, Director of Machine Learning), Peter Vesterbacka (Rovio, “The Mighty Eagle” Angry Birds), Gary Whitehill (Entrepreneur Week, Founder), Mark Iwanowski (former CIO of Oracle, Open Source Software), Frederic Mazzella (CEO Blablacar.com), Bryan J.
