The Olivia Business Centre in Gdańsk signed an agreement concerning the lease of ca. 320 sq.m of office space in the Olivia Four building to Nationale-Nederlanden Usługi Finansowe S.A. It is another well-known brand belonging to the finance & insurance industry present in the Olivia Business Centre after Allianz and Generali. Litwiniuk Property Sp. z o.o. was the consulting firm that advised the new Tenant in the process of the selection of office space.
The new Tenant of the Olivia Four office building in the Olivia Business Centre in Gdańsk is Nationale-Nederlanden Usługi Finansowe S.A.– a company which serves customers of Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. and Nationale-Nederlanden Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie S.A. The company is a part of the NN Group N.V. listed at the stock exchange in Amsterdam.
It is another resident of the Olivia Business Centre belonging to the finance & insurance industry after Allianz and Generali. The Tri-City office of Allianz has been located in the Olivia Tower building since 2013 when the offices spread across the entire metropolis were relocated to a single place. Generali moved to the Olivia Four building at the end of 2015. In that case, two branches: from Gdańsk and Gdynia, were merged into a single one.
The Olivia Business Centre design office is responsible for the arrangement of the leased area. Windows of the Nationale-Nederlanden office on the 8th floor of the Olivia Four building offer the view of the historic part of the Oliwa district of Gdańsk with the cathedral and of the hills of the Tri-City Landscape Park.
“We are happy that Nationale-Nederlanden joined the residents of the Olivia Business Centre. The presence of another well-known brand in our Centre is a major distinction and motivates us to care even more about what we offer, including a range of additional services and facilities characteristic for our office centre”, said Maciej Kotarski, the Lease Director in the Olivia Business Centre.
“Our Customer decided to locate its new office in a prestigious high-end office building in Gdańsk. We believe that another new location of our Customer’s office in Poland will guarantee the comfort and functionality to both Employees and Customers of the firm”, said Patryk Litwiniuk, General Director of the Litwiniuk Property consulting firm.
