EuropaProperty CEE Investment Awards handed out. Olivia Prime of the Olivia Business Centre in Gdańsk wins the main prize of the EuropaProperty CEE Investment Awards in the “Office Project” category.
The annual, eighth gala of the EuropaProperty CEE Investment Awards gathered in Warsaw the leaders of the real estate investment industry in Central and Eastern Europe. The most important event in the region is dedicated to top investments and sustainable development opportunities.
The award for Olivia Prime as the best office project in the CEE region
was received on behalf of Olivia Business Centre by Jake Jephcott, Director of the Business Development Department (in the photo in the middle).

Olivia Prime has been designed in the spirit of biophilic design. This novelty makes the building employee-friendly, and the architectural and functional solutions used in it are conducive to ensuring a balance between moments of intensive work during the day and, so important, moments of rest and relaxation. On each floor there are “green” loggias, terraces and outdoor galleries. Olivia Prime also includes five additional terraces on the roofs of the two cores of the building. The terraces and galleries have various functions: some of them are dedicated to relaxation, the largest one will serve guests of the spacious restaurant on the first floor on warm days, while the highest one is an observation deck. The office building focuses on natural materials and vegetation, which is also planned on the façade elements. Next to the building, there will be an additional patio, a green square with small architecture, cafes and restaurants.
“Prime is the first building in Poland with terraces, loggias and galleries available to tenants and their guests. Everything has one goal: to increase employee satisfaction. A spacious restaurant with an area of about 1200 sqm, with a large terrace where you can also eat meals will also be a convenience for tenants – explains Maciej Kotarski, Leasing Director at Olivia Business Centre.
Prime’s designers took care of the thermal comfort of its users. It is provided by m.in. A modern triple-glazed façade, the use of which significantly reduces the impact of external conditions on the temperature in offices, minimizing the need to cool rooms in summer and heat them in winter. This translates into convenience of use and, at the same time, lower energy demand, and thus lower operating costs. Opening windows are a matter of course in Olivia.
What’s more, Olivia Prime is a two-part building. Prime A, commissioned in August, will be connected with the Prime B office building, which is currently under construction, with a green connector.
