Dreams with a deadline, or how to learn to plan and achieve personal and professional (school) goals

• Do you have the impression that time is slipping through your fingers?
• Are you afraid that you will never achieve anything?
• You don’t know how to motivate yourself to work and you always procrastinate?
• Would you like to finally move forward?
• The answer to your worries may be proper planning and goal setting.
• You will learn how to do this by attending our workshops.

During the classes, you will learn why it is worth setting goals and how to do it well in a simple way. You will learn the problem tree method and the goal tree. You will learn what it means that goals should be SMART. You will learn to approach everyday tasks as projects in order to implement them effectively.

About the host:

Małgorzata Stanasiuk-Mordalska

Coordinator of many local government investment projects with 15 years of experience in managing project teams. Author of development programs and application forms. Co-author and originator of the PGE Giants of Power brand, an interactive museum about coal and energy, appreciated in two nationwide competitions: “The Best Tourist Product 2015” organized by the Polish Tourism Organisation and “Poland Is More Beautiful – 7 Wonders of European Funds”, which she successfully managed to introduce to the market of tourist products.

Originator and implementer of two editions of the conference “Innovations in education – trends 2018 and 2019”. Lecturer of the following faculties: “Promotional and crisis communication” and “Fundraising” at the University of Silesia in Katowice. For less than a year, she has been implementing her professional plans as the Head of the Technical Department at the Experyment Science Center in Gdynia.
