Most of the projects carried out, both in private and professional life, are a project, even if we are not aware of it. To make your functioning easier and ensure the success of the project, it is worth learning the basics of project management and the methods that will allow for their effective implementation.

Why join?

During the workshop, you will learn what a project is (and what it is not). You will learn the basic phases of project management and the differences between the agile, classic and hybrid approaches. You will gain knowledge about selected tools that will allow you to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the project activities. You will learn what affects the success of the project, as well as where the most common mistakes are made.

Who will conduct the workshop?

Anna Zielińska, PhD

President of the AGZ Development Institute, trainer, consultant, long-time academic lecturer. Moderator of design thinking and passionate about modern management concepts. For over 15 years, he has been implementing projects in various fields. It combines the practice of a project manager with the transfer of knowledge to students.
