IT’s easy – PRODUCT DESIGN Edition

These and many other questions will be answered by the speakers of the event on February 16 (Fat Thursday) at 6:00 p.m . at the first meeting of the
IT’s easy – PRODUCT DESIGN Edition series.
Are you looking for an opportunity to meet other Desigers? Do you want to expand your knowledge? Or maybe you just want to have a good time and hear about Product Design at the same time? Come to this event! During the first meeting as part of IT’s easy – PRODUCT DESIGN Edition , the following will perform on stage:
- Zuzanna Adamczyk – UX/UI Designer and Event Manager. She gained experience in Poland and abroad. First as a graphic designer and UX, then to take a break from the industry and coordinate urban games and festivals. She almost became a clerk in Gdynia, fortunately she managed to return to her love – being a designer and spreading knowledge.
- Michał Ludwik – UX Lead in Speednet. He has been professionally involved in design since 2016, and User Experience itself since 2019. In four crazy years, he went from junior to the place where he leads a team of 10 wonderful UX. He believes in the priority of a wise mindset over specialist knowledge and in people as the highest value of Product Design.
- Paula Kruszewska – she entered the world of HR as a recruiter almost 7 years ago – recruited candidates from various industries, while recruitment in IT was definitely one of her favorites. She has always felt that she is also close to topics related to Employer Branding and is currently developing in this direction. She had the opportunity to create welcome and culture books, improve recruitment processes and take care of a positive experience for candidates and employees. What he loves about Employer Branding is that the only constant here is change.
- Krzysztof Miotk – UX consultant and researcher, owner of the UX agency “Quale” and the podcast “UX after Hours”. Head of the first postgraduate studies in UX Research in Poland. In her work, she uses the business experience gained m.in. as a training brand strategist and project coordinator. As a UX Researcher, he conducted research for brands such as: BLIK, OLX, G2A, Booste, Asseco, Santander BP, Alior Bank, Tubądzin and T-Mobile.
- Claudia Wensierka – mechanical engineer by education, UX designer by profession. 6 years ago I decided to change the industry and I still don’t regret it. I started running the UX Future Designer blog then, and then the UX podcast, I dis it again, was added.
The event is FREE, but registration is required.
After the lecture part, networking with refreshments is planned.
The idea of a series of events for the IT industry was born in SPEEDNET because the company has the impression that in the Tri-City there is still a lack of space for meetings, events or workshops, where theory clashes with practice, and more experienced experts share their knowledge. “We want the IT’s easy meetings to be a response to our need for development, meetings, discussions and exchange experiences.
The first edition will be about Product Design, but SPEEDNET does not want to limit itself, so if you have an idea, want to share your knowledge or just see that there is no meeting on some IT-related topic, write to us!

We are from Gdańsk and… We make software. Our team consists of over 200 programmers specializing in web and mobile applications. We have created dozens of smaller, several dozen medium-sized and several gigantic projects – from crazy startup ideas (such as an app for booking gardeners in the USA), through apps supporting businesses of medium and small enterprises (e.g. in the field of logistics or education) to the implementation of complex, multi-platform banking systems full of functionalities.
