The Young Leader Academy (AML) is a project of the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development, dedicated to people who have little managerial experience and want to develop their competences necessary for effective management or aspire to the role of real leaders!

AML is a 5-day workshop that emphasizes developing practical leadership skills and working on business cases. The classes are conducted by experienced GFKM trainers and experts, who are also lecturers of the Executive MBA Program. No one knows the realities of managerial work as well as they do!

During the Academy, participants will gain knowledge and skills in the field of:

• Leadership
• Recruitment and selection
• Team building and relationships with others
• Project management
• Fundamentals of Finance

The aim of the Academy is to develop managerial competences in people from organizations, foundations, associations, startups that need efficient leaders and have a limited budget for their own or employees’ development. Participation in the Young Leader Academy is free of charge.

The only criterion for participation is completed 24. year of life. What counts is the desire to develop, aspirations and motivation to participate in AML! The number of places is limited!
