Description

A company’s innovation has a key impact on the level of its efficiency, and consequently on its ability to generate profits and resilience to crises. The most important link in this process is the human being, his skills, openness to change, creativity, courage to do new things. Organizational culture kills or creates the potential for innovation. The key to the change process is to notice and identify the barriers that stand in the way of innovation.

Depending on the type of innovation: tactical, operational, strategic, we have different approaches to its preparation, identification of the place of change, method of implementation and evaluation.

An important element of the training are issues related to the creation of projects aimed at obtaining funds for innovation from programs implemented by the National Centre for Research and Development or PARP. A practical approach, describing the process from two perspectives: the applicant’s and the evaluator’s sides, shows the most common mistakes and traps that should be avoided when developing innovative projects.

For whom?

The training is intended for middle and senior management and people preparing to take up key functions in the organization.

Benefits for participants

By completing the training, its participants will:

  • They were able to recognize and understand the impact of their own and the team’s emotions on the process of change, including the barriers that appear. Touching the aspect of emotions allows you to make decisions in a more conscious way as a result of combining the world of “glass and eye”
  • They knew the impact of organizational culture on the innovation process. The acquired tour will allow you to look holistically at the barriers and blockades, as well as the strengths and advantages that exist in the team, and have an impact on the innovation of the organization and the speed of change. They make you aware of the difference between trust, self-confidence or faith. Knowledge of these aspects often determines the future success of the entire innovation process.
  • They knew the methods of planning innovation depending on its type and time perspective.
  • They knew the practical application of the tools necessary in the process of designing and implementing change/innovation.
  • They knew the practical approach to the implementation/writing of applications for co-financing of innovative projects from EU funds – NCBR. Knowledge will be presented from two perspectives – the one evaluating the proposals (lead expert) and the one writing the proposals (the lead consultant)
