Description
One of the most important elements building organizational culture is the communication style of employees. This style builds cooperation and trust or, on the contrary, leads to conflicts. Their result is a decrease in work efficiency, deterioration of the atmosphere and stress. Learning to communicate effectively is one of the best investments. Employees who can effectively convey information, convince others to their ideas, and break down barriers in relations with other departments are one of the most valuable resources in the company.

Training methods
The training is conducted in the form of skills training using:
- group exercises,
- negotiation case-study,
- introductory and summary presentations,
- short exercises (games, mini simulations) introducing the topic,
- case studies in small groups.
