The Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development invites you to the training “Active customer acquisition”.

 

Description

The market is a constant game for the customer. A company’s business success largely depends on the agility and tenacity of salespeople and others involved in customer interactions. In the process of acquiring and servicing customers, they face many difficult situations and “twists and turns” every day.

During the training, you will learn how to stand out from the competition, intrigue a potential customer and keep them interested. You will also learn how to handle difficult conversations.

For company representatives who have direct contact with customers (current and potential), including: salespeople, customer service and sales department employees.
