Her fascination with the functioning of the human brain and psychology resulted in a master’s degree in neurobiology, but Ela has been involved in communication, marketing and graphic design for years. She supplemented her professional experience with knowledge from marketing and process management studies – design management. He likes to plan and look at tasks as elements of the entire project lifecycle. Privately, she is a dog mother of Bruce, a purebred mongrel and a lover of life in the countryside.

• We will talk about Inbound marketing, i.e. a way of planning communication activities, thanks to which you will build relationships with customers at different levels of engagement. Surely you are already unconsciously using some of the steps of inbound marketing and you don’t even know it…
• This workshop will allow you to align both your knowledge and the message you send to your customers so that you can interest a new audience, convert a lead into a customer, and a customer into a brand promoter.
• During the workshop, we will discuss a specific example together based on a ready-made check-list, which will later allow you to act independently.
