Olivia Pulse. Apartment rental will start soon

Olivia Centre launches a new brand: Olivia Rent – a professional entity that will be responsible for managing the lease in the centre’s newest building, Olivia Pulse. The first apartment building, which will soon welcome its tenants, will allow the center to complete the functions that give the center the status of a mixed-use facility. After office spaces, cafes, restaurants, conference and entertainment centers, the time has come to provide the opportunity to live in the largest Polish business center.

Olivia Rent is an entity that will manage the lease of over 200 apartments in the Olivia Pulse building. The centre’s newest building will welcome its first residents just after the summer holidays. The Olivia Rent team has been built for over a year and consists of experienced experts who have built their experience in projects that stand out in Poland in the field of lease management, gastronomy and tourism. Tomasz Albrycht, the brand manager, has in his professional experience the opening of MONTOWNIA Lofts & Experience on the premises of the former Gdańsk Shipyard, co-creation of the Grano Hotels chain on the Granary Island in Gdańsk, the opening and running of the Number One by Grano Hotel (now Grano Life) and working on the opening of four-star hotels on the Hel Peninsula. The team also includes experienced managers, including Aleksandra Kapitan, who is an experienced hotelier and manager associated with the hospitality industry for over 5 years. She has developed her career in renowned hotels and aparthotels, m.in. Arche Dwór Uphagena and Grano Hotel Solmarina, gaining experience in both guest service and facility and team management. Aleksandra Węgrzyn, who has been associated with the real estate and hospitality industry for over 6 years, is responsible for marketing activities, including the development of brand communication and support for sales processes at Olivia Rent. She gained her experience, m.in, in Euro Styl S.A. from the Dom Development Group, as well as carrying out marketing activities for leasing projects, including MONTOWNIA Lofts & Experience and a four-star hotel facility on the Hel Peninsula.

The solutions that have been prepared at Olivia Pulse allow us to introduce an extremely flexible rental offer to the market, which has been tailored to the specifics of Olivia Centre, as well as the local rental market. The development of this direction of the offer was determined by the enormous potential of Olivia ,” says Tomasz Albrycht. 17,000 people work in the center on a daily basis, over 500 conferences, events and concerts take place here every year, and nearby there is the University of Gdańsk and several other office buildings, including Alchemia, a facility on a slightly smaller scale than Olivia. Looking at the number of possibilities and potential, the creation of this type of offer seemed to be a matter of time. Olivia Pulse will make life easier for all those who do not want to commute to work in traffic jams and want to live in extremely comfortable conditions in the heart of the bustling city of Gdańsk. Olivia’s residents and conference participants often asked about the possibility of staying near their workplace, meetings or other events. For many operators, the possibility of providing accommodation to their guests was even a factor determining the choice of event location, so I am convinced that Olivia’s potential will increase even more thanks to our offer: we will be able to acquire conferences and congresses that have so far had to look for other locations due to the lack of adequate accommodation. What is more, the number of residents periodically implementing their projects in Gdańsk is also growing in Olivia, for whom it was important to be able to provide accommodation in the medium term.

Olivia Pulse is a premium apartment building where the apartments have been designed for diverse groups of future residents. The areas of the premises range from 25 to 63 m.kw, and those located on the ground floors are provided with gardens with an area of 12 to 38 m.kw. The rental offer includes studios, apartments with a separate bedroom or two bedrooms. On the fourth floor of the podium, there will be a public terrace, and most of the premises will have private loggias, balconies or terraces. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, interiors finished and equipped to a high standard (in 3 styles to choose from), where there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, tableware for 6 people, washing machine, air conditioning, hotel TV and high-speed Internet. Each apartment has beds with 7-zone mattresses known from 5* hotels, and the acoustic class of the windows allows to ensure silence even in the premises lowest on the side of Grunwaldzka Avenue. Olivia Pulse is characterized by two zones: a four-storey part located directly on the main thoroughfare of the Tri-City and a tower rising above the podium, 13 storeys higher, located in the depths. The apartments located above 9 floors in the northern and eastern parts of the building offer a view of the Bay of Gdańsk. On the ground floor there will be a restaurant where restaurateurs from Olivia Star Top will serve breakfast.

Olivia Rent combines the standard of short-term and long-term rental in a unique way. It provides residents and guests of apartments with a hotel standard, regardless of the form of rental they choose. An application will be available at their disposal, thanks to which, in addition to a traditional card, a smartphone will be able to serve as a key to the room. Each resident will be able to take advantage of cleaning services, room servicing, as well as laundry and towel change, in a standard known from high-class hotels.
