Follow the Leaders is a unique international business event. Its program includes two conferences, workshops dedicated to Team Leaders, exclusive meetings for the highest management level and a ceremonial Gala, during which the final of the PRO Tiger competition will take place.

Follow the Leaders once again takes place at Olivia Centre. The event is organized by Pro Progressio, and the Strategic Partner is Invest in Pomerania. Olivia Centre is a Partner of the project.
