Olivia Prime has been designed in the spirit of biophilic design, thanks to which it remains extremely user-friendly. This is due to the natural materials used, the characteristic two-part shape and numerous terraces and loggias, which enable the Residents to have intimate meetings. Prime is filled with art. Elevator lobbies are a kind of galleries where you can see the works of outstanding Tri-City artists, such as Seikon, Looney, Tuse, Rdest, Patrycja Podkościelny or Mikołaj Sałek/Workshop91. Each space is characterized by a variety of colors and materials.

Thanks to modern solutions, Prime is energy-safe. It is powered from 3 independent sources and equipped with additional power generators and internal, inter-building cable lines. This solution guarantees a constant supply of energy to the buildings, even during power outages.

Olivia Prime also has emergency running water tanks. The exterior of the building is irrigated with rainwater. The solutions introduced, m.in. Contactless systems for entering the office building and calling the elevator ensure safety also on epidemiological grounds. The air in the building is purified with the help of air ionizers.

Certificates

Prime A received the prestigious title of Europe Property CEE Investment Awards in the Office Project category (2018) and the BREEAM International New Construction Interim certificate with an Excellent grade. Olivia Prime B has received the BREEAM certificate, meeting 81.5% of the requirements of the international certification system for ecological buildings. This is the highest result among certified buildings in the Tri-City. Olivia Prime is also WELL HSR certified with a maximum of 25/25 points.
