Core competencies:

  • Degree or Diploma in HR
  • Solid experience as a HR Manager
  • Proficiency in English (C1/C2)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Nice to have:

  • experience in Scandinavian construction sector (recruiting and delegating blue and white collars to sites abroad)
