Brand PR Manager – Marketing Manager
Invest in Pomerania is a regional non-profit investment promotion agency, coordinated by Agencja Rozwoju Pomorza S.A. We are responsible for the economic promotion, attracting and supporting investment projects as a “one-stop shop” for foreign investors and attracting talent to Pomerania region. Since 2011, we have successfully supported nearly 100 investors in setting up presence in our region and creating over 13,5 thousand jobs.
Since the very beginning, we have decided to make “We care more” our mission statement. It means to us that every day we need to make an extra effort to strengthen competitiveness of our region and stay ahead of our competitors. On a daily basis, we care more after investors, jobs and the region.
And now we are looking for a Brand PR Manager – Marketing Manager to join our team.

We want our new Brand PR Manager – Marketing Manager to take charge of two important tasks:
Promoting Invest in Pomerania
Running Live more. Pomerania project
Therefore, you will:
- Be responsible for implementing and actively shaping brand communication strategy for Invest in Pomerania and Live more. Pomerania
- Develop Live more. Pomerania project towards a leading talent attraction initiative in Poland
- Take care of Invest in Pomerania image
- Create high quality copywriting content
- Plan, run and monitor digital campaigns (social media)
- Develop existing and new communication channels and tools
- Monitor the market, prepare analyses and recommendations
- Collaborate, build and maintain relations with media, journalists, bloggers and influencers
- Cooperate with interactive agencies, graphic designers, programmers, media houses, etc.
- Build and maintain relationship with key internal and external stakeholders of Invest in Pomerania

- At least 3 years of professional career in PR/marketing area
- Knowledge of the world of traditional, digital and social media
- Practical knowledge in the field of marketing, PR and communication, especially in the field of brand building,
- Open-minded and innovative approach combined with strong analytical and technical skills
- High creativity, communication skills, independence and very good organization of own work
- Willingness to travel when required
- Technical background in CMS and social media
- Experience in cooperation with the media, advertising agencies, graphic studios, printing houses, etc.
- Understanding of current economic trends
- University degree – MA preferably in economics
- Image editing skills (nice to have)
