I’ve been helping people polish their communication in various areas for the last 16 years. In doing so, my foundation is cognitive psychology, neurosciences and psycholinguistics. I verify theory in practice by cooperating with companies in Chile, Slovenia, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Austria, Australia and Poland. I’m the co-author and lead editor of Startup Manual (Wolves Summit 2015) as well as author and supervisor of the BuckiAcademy series published together with 4 Głowy (2016). My texts are regularly published by InnPoland and on www.bucki.pro. I write for Maleman, Dolce Vita, Madame, Marketing w Praktyce and many other magazines. I translated 12 books on psychology and counselling. I work with the best startup centres in Poland, including LPNT, Inkubator Starter, GPNT and PPNT, as well as the largest government programme in the world, Startup Chile, and business incubators in Slovenia and Austria. I gave speeches at Wolves Summit, Davos Communication Forum, PODIM Slovenia, Internet Beta, Social Media Convent, Inspiration Day in Szczecin, PMI Congress in Antwerp and many other conferences in Poland and around the world.
Passionate leader, coach and mentor focused on the development of teams and their achievements as the best path to meeting their goals. I want to use my experience to help others build smart and effective teams, where communication is beyond absolutely everything. I dream about participation-based organisations built on trust, collective intuition and wisdom, with the human being as their supreme value, substituting all soulless, process-based, bureaucratic forms. I believe it is possible!
I am a visionary. The process of creation, building something from scratch, is what I find most satisfactory. I like challenges, which is why I take a lot of pleasure from my work. I am a lawyer and economist by profession, managing a company and creating a better world on an everyday basis.
