Olivia Cooltura invites to a meet-the-author session with Magdalena Zawadzka
September 21 at 6:00 pm – Olivia Sky Club
A long-awaited new book by Magdalena Zawadzka “Moje szczęśliwe wyspy” proves that this actress incessantly surprises us. She has an interesting and perceptive view of the world, as well as great sense of humour, which allows her not to treat herself too seriously.
Title “happy islands” mean not only the islands all over the world, which have been visited by Magdalena Zawadzka – a traveller full of passion. Happy islands are safe havens, memories, good and bad moments. The ones, which will stay in her memory forever. These are people, times, things, places, which became a safe shelter in her memory. These are stories about a yard next to block of flats from the past and children’s games, memories of travels, places, old taste of bread and strawberries. These are anecdotes connected with people, issues and stories, to which, just like the actress, we all like to come back like to a safe haven.
