The Gda\u0144sk Foundation for Management Education<\/a><\/span> , which is our Resident, has received funding from the European Union for the implementation of the “Academy of Development and Professional Equality”<\/a><\/span> project. The project supports companies from the SME sector from the Pomeranian Voivodeship in developing employee competencies and implementing solutions that promote equality and diversity in the workplace. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The initiative includes two training programmes:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Competence Academy for Women<\/strong><\/span>
\nIt is addressed to women employed in SMEs, with particular emphasis on the 50+ group. It includes a series of developmental training and an individual MindSonar diagnosis (before and after training) that helps participants identify their own thinking styles and areas for further development.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Equality and Diversity in the Workplace<\/strong><\/span>
\nA programme for employees (60 women and 60 men) that aims to raise awareness of gender equality, build an inclusive work environment and implement practices that support equal access to development and promotion.<\/p>\n

Participation in the project is intended for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises from the Pomeranian Voivodeship. In total, 260 people<\/strong> will take part in both programs. The project can contribute to:<\/p>\n
