The Gda\u0144sk branch plans to hire 100 more programmers within a year. There are 2,400 engineers working at Sii across Poland. The company is just starting recruitment for new international IT projects. In addition to the Tri-City labor market, Sii attracts specialists from all over Polish to Gda\u0144sk. It offers relocation packages and assists with the move.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sii increases employment. Due to the company&#8217;s development and foreign expansion, Sii is looking for more specialists. According to the Managing Director of Sii Gdansk, Michael Desmurs \u2013  <em>Over the next 12 months, more than 100 new jobs will be created for IT experts. The new hires will carry out projects for our clients \u2013 global players from the financial industry and foreign media houses. Our plans assume that within 5 years there will be 1100 people working at Sii Gdansk.  <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Experienced programmers of .NET, ASP.NET, Java, PHP, Python, Magento, C++, or mobile technologies such as Xamarin can count on working at Sii. DevOps specialists are also in demand. There will also be new vacancies for automated and manual testers. Project managers, analysts, and Scrum Masters are also sought for the teams. People with 2-3 years of programming experience can also count on a job.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u2013 Despite the fact that we are a huge company, Sii is not a stereotypical corporation. We focus on relationships and a relaxed atmosphere at work. Our advantage is a variety of projects that we carry out on almost all continents, so there is no time for boredom at Sii. At Sii, we enable career development from a programmer to a systems architect, access to many technologies and work in a mature agile team \u2013<\/em>  says Alicja Sawicka, Head of the Recruitment and HR Department.<\/p>\n<p>In the spring of 2017 Sii Gdansk will move its office to the tallest skyscraper in the Tri-City \u2013 Olivia Star in Olivia Business Centre. The new headquarters is designed on the model of the giants from Silicon Valley. Employees will occupy an area of 6 thousand. sq.m. In addition to office spaces, the new workplace will also feature numerous attractions that Google or Facebook would not be ashamed of, such as a slide connecting the floors.<\/p>\n<p>Sii Poland, which belongs to the French Sii Groupe listed on the Paris Stock Exchange, has 8 offices in the largest cities in the country \u2013 Warsaw, Gdansk, Wroclaw, Poznan, Krakow, \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, Lublin, Katowice.
