Ireneusz Osi\u0144ski will talk about how to motivate yourself in the American style and reach new peaks.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Motivational processes direct behavior towards the achievement of specific, important states of affairs, they direct the performance of certain activities so that they lead to the intended results. Sometimes, however, we feel a lack of willingness to act, most often in the morning, and even coffee does not improve our attitude. The purpose of the meeting is to help overcome the perceived lack of strength.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oliviacentre.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/images.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-3333 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oliviacentre.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/images.jpg\" alt=\"Images\" width=\"158\" height=\"158\"><\/a>Ireneusz Osi\u0144ski<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>I am a manager with many years of experience in sales and managing sales teams, mainly in highly competitive financial institutions.
