In this context, the following topics deserve particular attention:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Background and reasons for amendments to the act<\/li>\n<li>New categories of entities<\/li>\n<li>Simplifications for enterprises<\/li>\n<li>Financial statements \u2013 new template<\/li>\n<li>Comparative data conversion<\/li>\n<li>New definitions of links between entities<\/li>\n<li>Changes concerning management reports<\/li>\n<li>Other changes: significance, accounting for goodwill, consolidated financial statements and amendments to the act planned for 2017<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Speaker: <strong>Ma\u0142gorzata Guzi\u0144ska-B\u0142o\u0144ska<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong> Ma\u0142gorzata Guzi\u0144ska-B\u0142o\u0144ska is a Master of Economics from Gdansk University. She became a member of the Association of Charted Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2003. Between 2009 and 2015 she was an inspector in the Polish National Chamber of Statutory Auditors. She has been with R\u00f6dl &amp; Partner since 2001. Ma\u0142gorzata Guzi\u0144ska-B\u0142o\u0144ska heads the Gdansk Audit Department and deals with auditing separate and consolidated financial statements (of public companies included), converting financial statements prepared according to the Polish Accounting Act into the IFRS\/IAS format, US GAAP or the German accounting law (HGB). She specialises in consolidated financial statements.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The meeting will be held in the Polish language on <strong>30 November <\/strong><strong>2016<\/strong> in the Olivia Sky Club in the building <strong>Olivia<\/strong> Tower at al.
