Nordea Bank AB Branch in Poland is one of the tenants of the newly constructed building of the Olivia Business Centre complex in Gda\u0144sk \u2013 Olivia Star. He rented two floors, i.e. nearly 2600 sq. m. Olivia Business Centre is one of the most interesting, multifunctional office investments in the country. The Scandinavian company was supported in the transaction by Colliers International.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nordea Bank AB Branch in Poland provides comprehensive IT solutions and financial services related to the support of the processes of the business units of the Scandinavian Nordea Group. It operates in two locations \u2013 in the Tri-City and \u0141\u00f3d\u017a. In addition to the offices in Gdynia at ul. \u0141u\u017cycka, the part of Nordea’s IT Division responsible for capital markets services operates in Olivia Business Centre in Gda\u0144sk. It is this department that will move into the 19. and the 20th floor of Olivia Star. By leasing two floors of the new building, Nordea Capital Markets IT will be able to increase its workforce to 250 people.<\/p>\n

– Very<\/em> We are glad that Nordea, as one of the first companies, decided to strengthen its cooperation with Olivia Business Centre. In doing so, she chose the highest quality. Olivia Star will be the first A+ class building in northern Poland, <\/em>with an extremely rich list of services for tenants and a series of solutions that increase the comfort of work. <\/em>What is unique in such a tall building is, for example, the fa\u00e7ade with tilting elements, enabling natural ventilation of all office floors; We designed and tested the fa\u00e7ade ourselves. <\/em>It will be the first such building in Poland<\/em> \u2013Stresses Maciej Kotarski<\/strong>, Leasing Director at Olivia Business Centre. “I believe that thanks to this type of innovation, Olivia Star will become an excellent place for Nordea’s business development. \u2013 <\/em>Adds.<\/p>\n

Nordea’s office in Olivia Star, which will offer a view of the most beautiful panorama in Poland, will be inspired by nature and the fjords of Scandinavia. The project will include common areas, conference rooms and relaxation space.<\/p>\n

Olivia Star will enlarge the office space of Olivia Business Centre intended for lease from 73 thousand sqm. sqm to almost 120 thousand. sq.m. The building will be the tallest structure in northern Poland (including the spires, the Star will reach 180 meters). Its top floors \u2013 with a viewpoint, a terrace, a caf\u00e9, a restaurant and a conference centre \u2013 will be open to the public. The ground floor of the high-rise building will be combined with a unique winter garden, designed as a venue for artistic and educational events. A 3-storey underground car park will be built under the building.<\/p>\n

The transaction was brokered by Colliers International, one of the world’s leading commercial real estate advisory firms.<\/p>\n

The complex is the most modern facility in the entire Tri-City, and the high floors of Olivia Star will provide the new tenant with a spectacular view.
