Real Challenges, Intangible Values&#8221;, which will take place<\/strong> <strong>22 March (Wednesday) in the Fahrenheit courtyard in the main building of the Gda\u0144sk University of Technology, ul. Narutowicza 11\/12 in Gdansk, at 10- 16.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the seminar we will attempt to define the concept of intangible assets, which today is much broader than patents or copyrights. According to eminent figures in the world of economics and management practitioners, understanding this issue may be the key to an adequate assessment of the company&#8217;s condition, its resources and potential, and \u2013 most importantly \u2013 to its further development.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the discussion on intangible assets in business, m.in will take the floor.  <strong>Prof. Ph.D. Jerzy Hausner<\/strong>  \u2013 initiator of the <strong>Open Eyes Economy and the<\/strong> concept of the <strong><br \/>\n  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.firmaidea.pl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Company of Ideas<\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong>, and previously b. Deputy Prime Minister and former Deputy Prime Minister Member of the Monetary Policy Council, <strong>Bart\u0142omiej Biga, PhD<\/strong> from the Cracow University of Economics,  <strong>Prof. Ph.D. Piotr Dominiak<\/strong>, Vice-Rector of the Gda\u0144sk University of Technology and  <strong>Ph.D. Maciej Barczewski<\/strong>  from the University of Gdansk. The scientific part will be moderated by <strong>Dorota Sobieniecka<\/strong>, director of the Gda\u0144sk Business Club.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The part devoted to the practitioners&#8217; perspective will be attended by, m.in. <strong>Zuzanna Skalska<\/strong> &#8211; trend analyst for design, innovation and business,  <strong>Aneta Chybicka, PhD<\/strong> &#8211; psychologist, coach and director of the City Institute,  <strong>Rafa\u0142 Stepnowski<\/strong> \u2013 Vice-President of Boeing Digital Aviation, <strong>Maciej Grabski<\/strong> \u2013 President of Olivia Business Center, <strong>Jolanta \u0141ykowska<\/strong> \u2013 CFO of Oceanic, <strong>Szczepan Kniter<\/strong> \u2013 President of Trefl, <strong>Marcin P\u0119ksyk<\/strong>, PhD, specialist in the field of business valuation with particular emphasis on intangible assets. This part will be moderated by <strong>Ewa Sowi\u0144ska<\/strong>, Vice-President of the National Council of Statutory Auditors and member of the Open Eyes Economy Programme Council.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Participation in the seminar is free of charge.
