The tenant was represented in the transaction by global real estate services firm Cushman &amp; Wakefield.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Energa Group is one of the four largest domestic energy groups, which distributes, generates and trades in electricity and heat.<\/strong>  Energa is also one of the three largest suppliers of electricity in Poland. The company satisfies the energy demand of more than 2.9 million residential and business customers, and its range covers approx. 24% of the country&#8217;s area. The Energa Group was established as a result of the consolidation of the Energy Group ENERGA SA with Zesp\u00f3\u0142 Elektrowni Ostro\u0142\u0119ka SA. Energa-Operator&#8217;s branches are located m.in. in Elbl\u0105g, Gdansk, Kalisz and Toru\u0144.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Olivia Business Centre<\/strong> is one of the most interesting, multifunctional office projects in Poland. Olivia, located in the geographical centre of the Tri-City, in close proximity to the university campus, has been developing dynamically since 2010. Currently, in parallel with the ultra-modern Star, towering over the Gda\u0144sk Metropolis, the seventh building of the complex is being built; Olivia Seven. Star and Seven will expand the space available in OBC dedicated to companies to almost 150,000. sqm, making Olivia the largest business hub in Poland. Currently, more than 110 companies lease their offices here, m.in. global corporations \u2013 Amazon, Bayer, PwC, Fujifilm, Nordea, thyssenkrupp, small and medium-sized enterprises, startups. Olivia offers tenants many amenities m.in. 4 conference centres, 4 banks, 3 restaurants, 2 caf\u00e9s, a medical centre with a pharmacy, a kindergarten, a nursery. In addition, 2 thousand. parking spaces, 4 changing rooms for cyclists or electric car charging points. Along with the Star building, 2 more conference centers will be opened, accommodating up to 1000 people, new restaurants, cafes and a unique winter garden. Olivia actively supports the local community and is also an organizer of numerous business, educational, cultural and sports events.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;  <em>The Energa Group has been residing in Olivia since 2012. Throughout this time, we have been striving to ensure optimal conditions for the presence and development of the company in our center.
