Welcome!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Kropelka Energii Foundation and Olivia Business Centre once again invite all those working in Olivia, their relatives, friends, acquaintances \ud83d\ude42 and the residents of the Tri-City to take part in the blood donation campaign, which will take place on  <strong>On November 28, 2018, Olivia&#8217;s C parking lot.<\/strong>  In one place and at one time, they will be available to donors<strong>  blood buses of the Regional Centre for Blood Donation and Haemotherapy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Donor registration will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Would you like to know more? Please contact the Organizers: <strong>Tomek Rubanowicz<\/strong> (tel. 785 873 326) and <strong>Piotr Krysi\u0144ski <\/strong>(tel. 601 529 929).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">People who live outside the Tri-City or will be on holiday at that time can donate blood at the nearest blood points throughout the country (the list of addresses is available here: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nck.gov.pl\/sluzba-krwi\/rckik\/\">http:\/\/www.nck.gov.pl\/sluzba-krwi\/rckik\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Detailed information on what conditions must be met to become a blood donor can be obtained in the &#8220;For Donors&#8221; tab on the website: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.krew.gda.pl\/\">http:\/\/www.krew.gda.pl\/<\/a> or consult a doctor directly in the ambulance:)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>People who plan to donate blood must remember to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>be healthy, i.e. you cannot have symptoms m.in. colds (e.g. runny nose, cough, cold sores);<\/li>\n<li>did not take medications such as: aspirin, paracetamol, anti-allergic;<\/li>\n<li>do not donate blood on an empty stomach, that is, it is necessary to eat a light meal and drink a large coffee, tea;<\/li>\n<li>be well-rested and well-rested;<\/li>\n<li>two hours before donating blood, do not smoke cigarettes;<\/li>\n<li>do not drink alcohol, including on the day before donating blood;<\/li>\n<li>Be sure to bring your ID card or driver&#8217;s license.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Bonuses<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For donors who donated blood on that day in an ambulance or at a blood donation station in the Tri-City and report their donation to the Organizers in the tent next to the blood buses, the Organizers provide:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>voucher for free coffee or tea<strong> at Starbucks<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>voucher for a meal at <strong>Lobster Restaurant<\/strong> or for lovers of Japanese cuisine <strong>KOKU Sushi<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>and other extras that they will tell you about during the action:)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-10851 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oliviacentre.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Kropelka-energii_112018.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"853\" height=\"480\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>IT&#8217;S WORTH HELPING!
