“A healthy mind in a healthy body”<\/em> has been saying for centuries and we are not going to argue with this truth. Last year, we launched the Olivia Sports project, addressed to all those working at Olivia Business Centre. We want to integrate our m.in community. through the development of common passions, including those for a healthy lifestyle.<\/strong><\/p>\n

What are we proposing this year?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Almost everything you want to do together! We play football<\/strong> and volleyball (in the summer in the beach version).<\/strong> We offer Nordic walking classes,<\/strong> professional cycling trainings<\/strong> and family “light” bicycle trips. <\/strong>You can also learn with us… dance. <\/strong>The running coach with OBC<\/strong>, because we practice this discipline together, is the most recognizable Polish extreme marathon runner, Piotr Suchenia, who has triumphs at both poles in his achievements. The World Team Champion from Perth is a certified athletics coach and a popular blogger. She has a great contact with people, she can motivate and ignite to action, which is one of the reasons why Team Olivia completed the route of the Gda\u0144sk Half Marathon!<\/p>\n

– We adapt our offer to the needs signaled to us and, of course, to the seasons of the year. In winter, we go ice swimming, climbing<\/strong> , and in the sailing season, from spring to autumn, we sail.<\/strong> With us, you can get a yacht sailor’s license, go on a cruise or take part in a regatta. Now, together with Ring3city, we are preparing several dozen boxers<\/strong> to participate in the Charity White Collar Boxing Gala, which will take place in March at Olivia Star <\/em>\u2013 says Maciej Olszewski,<\/strong> Olivia Sports project manager.<\/p>\n

What is still to come?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

– We are planning meetings with sports champions and specialists in the field of dietetics and health. We also want to support our Residents in preparing for participation in selected sports events, organize their own tournaments, as well as plan joint outings, e.g. to basketball matches <\/em>\u2013 adds Maciej Olszewski.<\/p>\n
