During the workshop, you will learn how to apply the principle of &#8220;small steps&#8221; in the process of professional development and looking for your dream job. <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The workshops are aimed at people who are looking for a job, change their profession or want to approach this process in a more thoughtful and systematic way. Thanks to the practical approach, each participant will create their own personalized action plan. <\/p>\n<p><strong data-redactor-tag=\"strong\">During the workshops:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>  you will learn the Kaizen philosophy and its application in professional life,<\/li>\n<li>you will learn to make small changes and set achievable goals in your job search,<\/li>\n<li>you will learn effective techniques and tools to support the job search process,<\/li>\n<li>you will learn how to improve your approach and acquire new skills every day,<\/li>\n<li>you will create an individual action plan that will help you effectively implement the Kaizen method in your job search.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The meeting will be hosted by career counsellors: <strong data-redactor-tag=\"strong\">Iwona Gry\u015b and Joanna Falicka.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">When<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">April <strong data-redactor-tag=\"strong\">23, 2025, 3:00 p.m. \u2013 5:30 p.m.,<\/strong> stationary at the Talent Development Center.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Important<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You <strong data-redactor-tag=\"strong\">can only take part in <\/strong> each Talent Development Center workshop once.They take place cyclically, but their content is the same. <strong data-redactor-tag=\"strong\"> We ask people who have already participated in the meeting not to take their seats.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The workshops are aimed at adults.
