The workshops will take place:<\/strong><\/p>\n In Gda\u0144sk – March 27 at 10-14 <\/strong><\/p>\n In S\u0142upsk – April 11 at 10-14<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n The workshops are addressed to entrepreneurs and managers representing Pomeranian SMEs that employ at least 10 people. <\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Silos in organizations are nothing new \u2013 each team has its own priorities, its own processes, and sometimes also barriers that make it difficult to get along. This is normal. The problem begins when we have parallel worlds instead of cooperation. <\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n \ud83d\udd0e What will we do?<\/strong><\/p>\n During the workshop, using the LEGO\u00ae Serious Play\u00ae method, we will not only talk about cooperation, but we will build it \u2013 literally. This method will allow us to see how our teams work, where the blockages appear and how to overcome them. By building and sharing stories: <\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n \u2705 We will name the biggest challenges in cooperation between teams<\/p>\n \u2705 We will determine what a well-functioning cooperation looks like<\/p>\n \u2705 We will recognize invisible barriers and mechanisms that perpetuate silos<\/p>\n \u2705 We will develop specific strategies and actions to implement right away<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n What will you get out of it?<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n What is LEGO\u00ae Serious Play\u00ae?<\/strong><\/p>\n It is a method that allows you to think with your hands. Literally. Instead of sitting around talking about problems, you build models with LEGOs\u00ae that show your perspective on the topic. This makes it easier to see what’s really important, find solutions you wouldn’t normally think of, and \u2013 most importantly \u2013 get along with others on a completely different level. <\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n LEGO\u00ae Serious Play\u00ae works because it engages the brain in a different way than a regular conversation. It makes new ideas appear instead of common answers, and instead of theorizing \u2013 specific solutions. And everyone in the group has an equal voice, because everyone builds and everyone brings something from themselves. <\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n It’s not a game.
