Does the fact that I can hear the interlocutor always mean that I am listening to him? How to build constructive feedback and how to avoid communication barriers? How to reach an effective agreement under time pressure?   <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On a daily basis, we do not think about how we communicate with each other. It seems to us that this is an obvious matter. Everyone has their own way of understanding and communicating information, but communication at work must be tailored to all team members. How to reconcile this?   <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We invite you to a workshop during which you will play<strong> a communication game<\/strong>. It is a great opportunity to identify and develop your interpersonal skills. You will learn about your way of communication and the factors that contribute to effective communication. Thanks to the game, you will not only experience the difficulties of exchanging information, but also find a way to improve it. The workshops motivate active listening and noticing the differences between a message and an interpretation.    <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The workshops will be conducted by career counsellors: <strong>Katarzyna Burda-Kosa\u0142ka and Sylwia \u015awiat\u0142owska<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Participation in the meeting is free of charge. Registration is required.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">When<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>January 21, 2025<\/strong>, 3 <strong>:00 p.m. \u2013 5:30 p.m<\/strong>., stationary at the Talent Development Center.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Important<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You can only take part in each Talent Development Center workshop once. They take place cyclically, but their content is the same.
