During the next trip <span style=\"color: #edbd01;\">, we will get to know the lower and upper terraces of Gda\u0144sk, Lake Otomi\u0144skie,<\/span> where we plan a break for swimming in the lake and relaxing on its southern headland. So take towels and swimsuits with you. To get there, we will travel through interesting routes of the forests of the Tri-City Landscape Park and those <span style=\"color: #edbd01;\">in the Kolbudy Forest District.<\/span>   <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/app.evenea.pl\/event\/rowerowy-czerwiec-30-06\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-size: 24pt;\">Buy ticket<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #edbd01;\"><strong>Who is the route aimed at?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The next bicycle trip is addressed to adults and young people, cycling enthusiasts who like tourist trips combined with relaxation in the bosom of nature. Minors can only take part in the tour under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians. <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #edbd01;\"><strong>How to prepare for a trip, what to take?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The forests of the Tri-City Landscape Park will be traversed mainly along paved forest paths and fire roads, which are also used by local tourist trails. If you want to get to know the local nooks and crannies, you will overcome numerous hills, so it will be a little up and down, so it is worth choosing a bike with gears, preferably a mountain bike, for the ride. It would also be useful to have something to drink in the water bottle so that it doesn&#8217;t dry up your throat. On the way, we will pass only one shop at the height of Chwaszczyno.   <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We require each participant to wear a <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>bicycle helmet that is properly worn on their head!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #edbd01;\"><strong>Each participant should have<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>An efficient bike, adequate to the terrain we are driving<\/li>\n<li><strong>A bicycle helmet, properly worn on your head!<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>At least one spare tube (the correct size)<\/li>\n<li>The right tools to repair your bike in the event of a breakdown<\/li>\n<li>Appropriate clothing appropriate to the weather, also for a change,<\/li>\n<li>Swimsuit and towel (we take a break at Lake Wysockie)<\/li>\n<li>Provisions for the road and drinks (we will take a few short breaks on the way)<\/li>\n<li>Aerosol to repel bloodthirsty insects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #edbd01;\"><strong>Distance:<\/strong><\/span> max. 45 km\/ total elevation gain: approx. 450 m  <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #edbd01;\"><strong>Pace:<\/strong><\/span> recreational, minimum 15 km\/h off-road<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #edbd01;\"><strong>Starting and ending point of the tour<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Gda\u0144sk Oliwa, near Olivia Centre, al.
