One of the most interesting approaches to this topic is <span style=\"color: #7e99ac;\">DESIGN THINKING.<\/span> It is a method that allows you to create innovative products and\/or services that meet customer expectations to a greater extent. How is it different from other approaches? No artificial needs are created here. The main goal is to understand the customer on different levels. What&#8217;s more, thanks to this, you can design and test any product or service. How to use this process? What to do when the product does not meet expectations?
