Olivia Centre<\/span><\/a> and Grupa Rekreacyjna 3miasto<\/a> <\/span>invite you to trips after work!<\/strong> It is addressed to all those who in the middle of the week, after 5:00 p.m., want to learn about the history of the town on the Mot\u0142awa River.<\/strong> We will meet on walks with a guide<\/span><\/strong> who reveals the secrets of Gda\u0144sk districts. Each time we choose a different area so that you can get to know our beautiful city from different perspectives. During the next escapade , we will see an extraordinary collection of large-format paintings,<\/span> which are placed on the skyscrapers of one of the largest housing estates in Gda\u0144sk. Zaspa, which we are talking about, is also a space with a surprisingly interesting history and many references to important Polish events. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Since 1997 , more than fifty impressive murals<\/strong> have been created here, which makes the estate one of the largest exhibitions of monumental painting in the world.<\/strong> The paintings contain rich symbolism, referring to philosophical and existential themes. The tour route will include the most interesting paintings of this unusual collection of street art. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Gda\u0144sk Zaspa – a seemingly uninteresting tangle of blocks of flats, in fact a space with a surprisingly interesting history and many references to important Polish events. For several years, Lech Wa\u0142\u0119sa, the leader of Solidarity and Nobel Peace Prize laureate, lived in this estate, and in June 1987, the largest gathering in the history of the Tri-City took place on the former runway. As many as 800 thousand people came to the meeting with pope John Paul II. <\/p>\n

Trips and walks are aimed at all those who like active recreation in the bosom of nature and expanding their knowledge of the curiosities of the City of Gda\u0144sk. Young people and children<\/strong> can take part in the hike under the care of their parents or legal guardians. Pets are also welcome.<\/p>\n

How to dress, what to take?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Due to the fact that the walks are carried out in the evening, the only protection against the cold will be clothing appropriate to the weather. When discussing individual objects, we will probably be standing in the wind, so it is worth preparing for it properly. A light jacket and a neck warmer are probably the basis for sometimes cold evenings. Although a lot also depends on the thermals of our body.<\/p>\n
