The meeting is addressed to women who are leaders on a daily basis \u2013 at home, in companies, institutions, non-governmental organizations and who want to develop their leadership competences.<\/p>\n

As a diverse team, we create wholeness, because thanks to the fact that we are differently equipped \u2013 we complement each other, the wisdom of the team is greater than the wisdom of an individual, according to the principle “none of us is as smart as all of us”.<\/p>\n

The world is changing and we should also keep up with what is happening around us (or maybe “stay ahead of reality”?). 100 years ago, the “wise boss” managed “the hands to work”, but the work was repetitive, uncomplicated and monotonous. Today it is different. In the era of complexity, diversity and specialization, companies need not only hands to work, but also head and heart, i.e. employee engagement.<\/p>\n

Turquoise Leader, HR Manager, trainer and coach, promoter of partnership management methods based on trust and teamwork. It helps leaders build good relationships with the Team and achieve better results.<\/p>\n

She graduated in sociology from the University of Gda\u0144sk and Postgraduate Public Relations Studies at the WSB University in Pozna\u0144. She is also a graduate of the Swedish Institute Management Programme Northern Europe, which aims to increase competences in sustainable development and responsible leadership among Northern European leaders.<\/p>\n
