Do you want to expand your knowledge? Or maybe you just want to have a good time and hear about Product Design at the same time? Come to this event! During the first meeting as part of <strong>IT&#8217;s easy &#8211; PRODUCT DESIGN Edition<\/strong> , the following will perform on stage:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Zuzanna Adamczyk &#8211;<\/strong> UX\/UI Designer and Event Manager. She gained experience in Poland and abroad. First as a graphic designer and UX, then to take a break from the industry and coordinate urban games and festivals. She almost became a clerk in Gdynia, fortunately she managed to return to her love &#8211; being a designer and spreading knowledge.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Micha\u0142 Ludwik &#8211;<\/strong> UX Lead in Speednet. He has been professionally involved in design since 2016, and User Experience itself since 2019. In four crazy years, he went from junior to the place where he leads a team of 10 wonderful UX. He believes in the priority of a wise mindset over specialist knowledge and in people as the highest value of Product Design.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Paula Kruszewska<\/strong> &#8211; she entered the world of HR as a recruiter almost 7 years ago &#8211; recruited candidates from various industries, while recruitment in IT was definitely one of her favorites. She has always felt that she is also close to topics related to Employer Branding and is currently developing in this direction. She had the opportunity to create welcome and culture books, improve recruitment processes and take care of a positive experience for candidates and employees. What he loves about Employer Branding is that the only constant here is change.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Krzysztof Miotk <\/strong>&#8211; UX consultant and researcher, owner of the UX agency &#8220;Quale&#8221; and the podcast &#8220;UX after Hours&#8221;. Head of the first postgraduate studies in UX Research in Poland. In her work, she uses the business experience gained m.in. as a training brand strategist and project coordinator. As a UX Researcher, he conducted research for brands such as: BLIK, OLX, G2A, Booste, Asseco, Santander BP, Alior Bank, Tub\u0105dzin and T-Mobile.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Claudia Wensierka<\/strong> &#8211; mechanical engineer by education, UX designer by profession. 6 years ago I decided to change the industry and I still don&#8217;t regret it.
