With all the advantages of hybrid work (flexibility, time and cost savings, competitiveness of the employer on the labor market), this relatively new mode of functioning in organizations is also associated with specific challenges for managers. These include m.in. maintaining commitment, building authentic and strong relationships in the team, effectiveness management and healthy communication.
