How to take care of risks in the project so that they do not keep us awake at night and how to prepare a scenario in the event of a risk materializing? The motto of this workshop: <em>Expect the unexpected and react with full conviction.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #edbd01;\">What will you learn during the workshop?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We know that we are able to control a significant part of our thought processes, and therefore analyze and prepare in advance for probable events that may affect our project. The trick is to be able to apply them also when working on your project.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We will introduce you to practical project management tools, but we will also teach you how to mentally prepare for events that often \u2013 although unplanned \u2013 unexpectedly occur during the implementation of the project.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We want to show how important the &#8216;soft&#8217; elements are, such as the ability to observe the upcoming change, cope with a stressful situation or the ability to convey your vision to our environment.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">So expect from this workshop:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>hard, substantive design knowledge<\/li>\n<li>equally important, the ability to control your mind and emotions in order to successfully implement all your intentions with peace of mind and confidence.<\/li>\n<li>We will focus on mentally and strategically preparing for potential (and we know from experience that also unavoidable) changes in the project.<\/li>\n<li>we will show you that the upcoming \u2013 and unplanned \u2013 change may seem problematic only at first, but as a result, it will prompt you to a deeper analysis, which will result in an opportunity to see the greater possibilities of your project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Since changes in the project are one of its permanent elements, despite excellent planning, their presence must still be taken into account.
