Every manager knows how valuable proper communication with employees is and how much depends on what we say and how we say it. On a daily basis, we communicate with our employees in various situations: setting a goal, setting a task, giving feedback, or simply during an organizational team meeting. So how to do it better, more effectively, taking into account the fact that each of my employees may have different communication needs? Today we hear a lot about the differences in perceiving work, accepting tasks and building relationships resulting from belonging to a certain generation. And this is what we will deal with during our workshop. We will look at the basic communication tools of a manager through the prism of the needs of generations on the labor market.<\/p>\n

Instructor:<\/strong><\/p>\nMa\u0142gorzata Kami\u0144ska<\/strong> – a trainer with several years of experience. She started her professional career by working in positions related to sales and marketing of services. He has experience in managing a team of several employees in one of the largest telecommunications companies in Poland. In addition, as the Head of the Sales Support Section, and then the Manager of the Training Section, she was responsible for observing and organizing the work of subordinate employees and acting for their personal and professional development. Currently, he is a trainer, coach and consultant in business in the field of strategic human resources management and a lecturer at the WSB University in Gda\u0144sk and Gdynia.<\/p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
