Presentation of information on the SPEKTRUM project \u2013 Joanna Wo\u0142czyk, IDA<\/strong><\/p>\n Leader:<\/strong><\/p>\n Kamil Czajkowski \u2013 studied philosophy and psychology with clinical specialization, gained practice at the Crisis Intervention Center and the Center for Assistance to Victims of Violence. He is a manager with several years of experience in middle and senior level positions, he has been running a psychological practice as a psychologist, business trainer and advisor for years. He is a certified ICF coach, completed postgraduate MBA studies at the WSB University, and is currently working on his doctorate at the University of Gda\u0144sk. She is an academic teacher teaching psychology of marketing, sales, customer service, as well as managerial competences, leadership and motivation.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n\n
