The training is addressed to employers (owners) and executives (managers) representing the sector of micro-, small and medium-sized enterprises of various industries, employees responsible for sales or purchases in the company, for business contacts and for drafting the content and concluding contracts with contractors, as well as to people who want to expand and organize their knowledge in the field of concluding contracts in business transactions.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

  6. a) representation of the parties in concluding contracts,<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. b) structure of the contract,<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. c) contractual clauses;<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Amendment and termination of the contractual relationship;<\/span><\/li>\n
