In 2022, she was awarded the title of Businesswoman of the Year in the competition of the Success Written in Lipstick Foundation in the “family-friendly company” category. A holistic approach and taking care of various areas of employees’ lives are an important element of building a personnel strategy. She graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Gda\u0144sk, postgraduate studies in human resources management at the Gda\u0144sk University of Technology and personnel controlling at the Kozminski University in Warsaw.<\/p>\n
