Source-2-Pay Procurement Content Creation Senior Associate with German

Location: Gdańsk Oliwa

 

What we expect from you?

  • University degree (preferably Business Administration or Economics)
  • Professional experience (3-5 years) in supply chain management/procurement
  • Fluent English and German
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Basic SAP knowledge
  • Experience in transitions
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to operate in a highly intercultural environment
  • Ability to lead teleconferences in an international context
  • Communication and presentation competencies
  • Strong analytical skills and results oriented way of working
  • Motivation and strong organizational skills and good time management

 

You are going to:

  • Perform complex content management activities and clarify operational issues
  • Process complex Source-2-Pay transactions according to process documentation
  • Create and maintain master data to ensure a lean procure to pay flow
  • Maintain of further purchasing-relevant information in the ordering system
  • Create and maintain SAP contracts/new materials based on information from sourcing
  • Guide business and procurement operations end2end with system and process handling
  • Create and maintain system parameters to ensure visibility of content based on system search functionalities
  • Create and maintain complex catalog and contract content to enable self-service procurement
  • Facilitate information gathering process with category sourcing, category management and respective supplier
  • Comply with procurement standards, policies and procedures
  • Review and perform controls according to process design
  • Support a high automation rate and enforcement of SAP contracts
  • Coordinate medium and short-term capacity with requisitioner and suppliers
  • Contribute to process improvements
  • Conduct trainings
