Administration Assistant

We specialize in the field of finance & accounting, administration, HR and IT, constantly supporting our customers in the selection of personnel in other areas.



Currently for our Client, Hong Kong based producer of sport equipment, we are looking for the candidates for the position of:


Administration Assistant

Location: Gdańsk


Your responsibilities:

  • Cooperation with accounting office including keeping records of all invoices, fixed assets and inventory, preparing interest calculation, providing payroll preparation, budgeting, cash flow analysis
  • Creating reports regarding cash expenses, inventory status, checklist of customs procedure, etc.
  • Administrative tasks connected with documentation and archiving
  • Covering HR-related demands – recruiting employees, keeping employees’ files, arranging medical check and HSE training, keeping record of employees’ holidays, sick leaves and attendance
  • Office support including cleaning and sanitary, placing orders for office supplies, greeting visitors


Your core competencies:

  • Advanced written and oral English (Mandarin will be a strong advantage)
  • Skilled at MS Office, especially at Excel and Word
  • Clean driving license
  • Flexibility (readiness to work overtime if required)
  • Intermediate accounting level or accounting education will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of inventory control, Polish tax rule, VAT, customs or labor regulation and/or shipping background will be an advantage
