Major tasks and responsibilities 

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers from Germany.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints/inquiries.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Analyzing German documentations

 

Qualifications         

  • Proficiency in German (both oral and written – minimum B2 level);
  • Ability to communicate in English;
  • Willingness to learn and make progress in the role in different processes;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools;
  • Soft skills: strong communication skills,  problem solving, good analytical skills, team player attitude;
