Major tasks and responsibilities 

  • Perform support resolution of issues related to incomplete orders and standard delivery blocks with internal teams and/ or communication with customers.
  • Contacting internal clients from Germany (phone, e-mails, meetings, conference calls);
  • Receive and drive timely resolution or closure of standard/routine order-related customer queries, complaints and feedback.
  • Perform analysis and support resolution of issues related to incomplete orders and standard delivery blocks with internal teams and/ or  communication with customers.
  • Analyzing German documentations
  • Complying with company standards, policies and procedures

 

Requirements:

  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or other related area;
  • Fluent German (B2/C1) skills both in the spoken and written form as a must;
  • English minimum B1/B2 degree of competence local/regional language;
  • Willingness to learn and make progress in the role in different processes;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools;
