Currently we are looking for a Administrative Manager for our Gdansk office.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Supervision and management of reception team along with team members development, coaching and constant strive for service improvements
  • Budget preparation, monitoring of local budget spend, ensuring smooth and effective document flow between financial and administration department
  • Workplace management - assistance in creation of new space, renovations, preparation od closed perimeter spaces
  • Cooperation with vendors - landlords, operational services providers, external vendors to assure proper operation of the office/offices
  • Oversee local facilities services, maintenance activities
  • Oversee of physical security policies and procedures assuring compliance towards ISO and ISAE standards
  • Main stakeholder with local business unit heads towards providing solutions for constantly growing business needs
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong, proven experience as administration manager
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • Good people management skills
